Have the closing company run an Initial Aggregate Escrow Analysis, with a 2 month cushion then send a check to our office for the amount calculated. If the closing company will not or cannot calculate this, Note Servicing Center can run the analysis for an additional fee.
We will deduct the full mortgage payment due to the underlying lienholder from the lender on the WRAP on the 15th of the month preceding the payment due. Once the payment is received from the WRAP borrower the full payment amount will be deposited to the WRAP lender. This will insure the payment is made to the underlying lien holder is paid in the event the borrower pays late or not at all.

Monthly Withholding Tax Collection(Required)
This applies to CA properties that have seller financing involved. It is the collection and payment of the tax to the Franchise Tax Board. You can read more about this here: Real Estate Withholding Guidelines.
